What is the catering?
Catering is an English word whose Persian translation is hospitality. But the concept of catering means that food and drinks are prepared in one place and transferred to another place for serving. There are different types of catering, according to the type, different foods and drinks will be served in them.

air catering
Air catering works differently than ground catering. Inside the plane, in order to maintain the digestive balance of passengers, semi-prepared and cold foods are usually used. Of course, in some airplanes whose flight time is more than 2 hours, hot meals are also used.

Rail or train catering is considered ground catering. These caterings have more variety. All kinds of kebabs, stews and even traditional dishes are served fresh and hot. Along with these foods, a variety of drinks, desserts and cinnamon are served.
Hospital catering
In these caterings, the food has special instructions. According to the type of illness of the people admitted to the hospital, different foods are prepared that are free of fat, salt, etc. Generally, in the composition of these foods, mineral salts and vitamins that are needed by patients are used.
House service catering
Nowadays, many gatherings and ceremonies are held on various occasions, gatherings such as the birth of a baby, graduation, wedding, seminar and conference, funeral, etc. In each of them, different appetizers, meals and desserts are offered. Assembly service catering has the task of preparing and presenting these foods according to the type of assembly.
Classic catering is actually the same restaurants where traditional and formal dishes are prepared and served along with local drinks and side dishes. Types of chalukbab, chalou stews, dishes and other traditional dishes are the main dishes of restaurants. So it can be said that a restaurant with Iranian food is the classic catering in Iran.
